What is Slide Design or what is PowerPoint Design?
The Slide Design module processes the creation of professional presentations. PowerPoint presentations are very time consuming, time that could be better spent dealing with important business at hand. It would make life so much easier having your presentation designed by one of our professionals with help from your handwritten notes, or condensing and/or modifying ideas from other presentations. That is where we come in; send us your Corporate Design, confirmation of order, and let us save you time and patience. While you are concentrating on your business at hand, we will be concentrating on your presentations.

We differentiate between three kinds of slides according to its file source: Slide Design – digital document, Slide Design – handwritten documents and a mix of both, Slide Design – digital / handwritten document.

• Digital documents are available as .PDF, .JPG, .BMP, .GIF, etc. or as a PowerPoint (.PPT) document.
• Handwritten documents are only available as handwritten notes. These source documents are the base in transforming it into a professional presentation design.

Presentations are our specialty, be it producing or re-designing PowerPoint slides, formation, graphics, animation slides or overview, charts and creating PowerPoint templates. Your wish is our command.

What do I have to do?
Select the document category: digital, handwritten or digital / handwritten. Then define the number of pages in your final presentation. Furthermore select the area of expertise, choosing between simple and advanced text. Advanced is more challenging and is in a specific area of expertise, i.e. marketing, law and finance. We recommend advanced text for a business context. Select the time delivery, either 36 or 48 hours, 3-5 or 7 days. Finally you reach the point where you have to upload the digital documents.

With the confirmation of your order, we will give you the possibility to upload your Corporate Design. We then pass the order on to one of our designers; we call them artworkers. They will, within the selected time delivery category, transform your document according to your specifications. After the transformation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that your designed document is ready to download using your customer login.

How are the handwritten documents uploaded?
With the acceptance of the online offer, the next step is to print out a system-generated fax sheet. The client has to print out the sheet and fax the handwritten document with the cover fax sheet to our company fax. The fax will convert it into an email and send it to artwork@TranslationArtwork.com. It will then be checked and uploaded to the customer´s account.
You will then receive a message of order confirmation with all the parameters listed. This message has to be confirmed. Finally you will receive the order confirmation by email. The handwritten upload process takes a maximum of 1 minute.

How do the artworkers gets selected?
As soon as the order is confirmed, the connection and search of a suitable artworker through our global network begins. All of the data including the corporate design is then compiled and within no time at all we are able to present our customer with a professional top notch look. Because of our detailed specification and our long term experience our artworkers know exactly what they have to do. Our current customers have always been very pleased and more than satisfied with the end product. If further adaptations are necessary you can have one further work-around with the artworker. These artworkers are design experts and Microsoft PowerPoint specialists who will amaze you with their creativity in mastering the transformation of your slides.

How do the designers know what to do?
In order to achieve the presentation that you want, the most effective way in instructing our artworkers, is by informing them on the point of action. Write short comments into the two slide encased square brackets in a row, e.g. [[ please redesign the figure ]]. If the designer/artworker is unsure about the text he will put it in two rounded brackets (( … )). Therefore you are able to find and replace it. These are the three important points that our artworker needs to know:

• Write the comments only in English. We are working on other languages.
• Write the comments in the two slide encased square brackets.
• Please use a maximum of 150 signs for the commentary, keeping it short and precise.

For example:
[[ Take the numbers and develop a chart which compares the last year. Take bullet number four as a final lead sentence.]]
