What is document translation?
It is one of our professional translation service. The service processes the translation of a Microsoft Word document from a source language into a target language within a selected time period accompanied by an online order calculation.

What do I have to do?
Select the source and target language of your document, which has to be in .doc. Then select the expertise category, which basically enables you to choose between simple and advanced text. Advanced text is more challenging and in a specific area of expertise, i.e. marketing, law and finance. We recommend advanced text for a business context. Furthermore you have to select the time frame, either 36 or 48 hours, 3-5, or 7 days. The time has arrived to upload the document, within the uploading process a calculating function will count the words of the document and suggest the various prices according to your settings.

With confirmation of the order your document will be passed through to one of our translators. They will translate your document within the selected time period. After the translation has been completed you will receive a confirmation email that your translated document is ready to download using your customer login.

How do we select our translators?
Our philosophy in selecting the appropriate translators is to engage a suitable translator for the best price (optimal cost) and with the highest possible rating (best quality) for the client. Based on these two traits, our Translator-Selection System selects the most qualified translator for our customers.

Which formats do we support?
