For each translation we rely on the knowledge of native speakers. Our mother-tongue linguists are trained and certificated translators with excellent knowledge of their languages. All translators are chosen via the application of a strict individual selection process. We place great importance on the continuous evaluation of our translators. We thereby rely upon ongoing quality checks and client feedback. Our native speakers work in various languages and hold relevant diplomas in these. Process-orientated order handling is an important part of each translation. It is the only way to ensure a seamless procedure.

Individual customer glossary for continuous improvement

A client-focused glossary is key to continuously improving our quality and we expand this glossary for each translation. When creating the translation memory, we use a CAT tool and we always consult with you when developing a glossary.
